User Conduct

By using Neo Shop (shop.neomesteren.dk) and purchasing products from Neo Mesteren (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to use the website and our services in a lawful, fair and respectful manner.
If you cannot accept this User Conduct section, you must not use Neo Shop.

1. General obligations

When you use Neo Shop, you agree to:

• comply with applicable laws and regulations (including consumer and data protection rules in the country where you are located),
• provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order or creating an account,
• keep your login details and account information confidential, and
• only use the website for its intended purposes: viewing and purchasing our products, reading product information and communicating with us.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, whether it is done by you or by someone else using your login details.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not use Neo Shop to:

• engage in fraudulent or misleading conduct, including:
  • using false information,
  • using stolen or unauthorised means of payment, or

• attempt to disrupt or damage the operation of the website, for example by:
  • introducing viruses, malware or other malicious code,
  • attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or
  • overloading the site or its infrastructure;
    
    
• bypass or attempt to bypass security measures or access controls that we use to protect Neo Shop or customer data;
  
  
• use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to:
  • copy large parts of the website,
  • monitor prices or stock levels in a way that harms the service for other users, or
  • place automated orders without our prior written consent;
    
    
• use Neo Shop, our products or content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights, including:
  • copying or reusing our product texts, images, manuals or other content without permission,
  • removing or hiding trademarks or copyright notices;
    
    
• use Neo Shop for behaviour that is harassing, threatening, discriminatory, hateful or otherwise offensive towards us, our employees, resellers or other customers;
  
  
• use Neo Shop to advertise or market other products, services or businesses without our prior written consent; or
  
  
• use Neo Shop in any other way that we reasonably consider inappropriate, harmful to Neo Mesteren’s reputation, or harmful to other users.

We reserve the right, at our reasonable discretion, to assess whether conduct is in breach of this User Conduct section.

3. Customer accounts and security

Neo Shop allows you to create an account, and the following applies:

• You must provide true and accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential.
• You must contact us immediately at sales@neomesteren.dk if you suspect:
  • unauthorised access to your account, or
  • other security issues related to Neo Shop or your account.

We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account if you have not adequately protected your login details.

4. Reviews, comments and other content

Neo Shop may allow you to submit product reviews, comments or other user content.

When you submit content, you agree that:

Your content must be:

• honest, accurate and based on your own experience,
  • respectful and not offensive, and
  • relevant to Neo Mesteren, Neo Shop or the products you have purchased.

Your content must not:

• be illegal, defamatory, threatening, harassing or hateful,
• be obscene or otherwise inappropriate,
• infringe third-party rights (including copyright, trademarks, privacy or rights to one’s own image), or
• contain advertising, spam or links to competing products or services.

When you submit content, you grant Neo Mesteren a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, translate and display the content in connection with our business (for example on Neo Shop, in marketing or in product information) in any form and via any channel that exists now or may be developed in the future.

We may monitor, edit, reject or remove content which, in our discretion, is in breach of this User Conduct section or is otherwise inappropriate – without prior notice.

5. Communication with Neo Mesteren

When you contact us (for example via e-mail, contact forms or social media), you agree to:

• communicate in a respectful and reasonable manner, and
• refrain from using threatening, harassing, discriminatory or hateful language.

We may choose to end the dialogue, block certain contact channels and/or refuse future orders if a customer repeatedly behaves in a grossly unpleasant, offensive or unreasonable manner towards our employees or partners.

6. Intellectual property rights and fair use of our content

All text, images, product names, logos, graphics, manuals and other content on Neo Shop belong to Neo Mesteren or our licensors, unless otherwise stated.

You may:

• view the website and print or download small parts for private, non-commercial use (for example printing a manual for your own system).

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or publicly display substantial parts of the website or its content,
• use our content or trademarks in a way that suggests cooperation, approval or affiliation that does not in fact exist, or
• use our images, manuals or descriptions to market other products or services.

7. Consequences of breach

If we have reasonable suspicion that you have breached this User Conduct section or other parts of our terms, we may – without limiting our other rights and remedies – with reasonable notice or, in serious cases, without notice:

• suspend or terminate your access to Neo Shop (including your account, if you have one),
• cancel or refuse current or future orders, where this is permitted under applicable law and consumer rules,
• remove user content that you have submitted,
• block certain payment methods, delivery addresses or e-mail addresses from future use, and/or
• contact and cooperate with relevant authorities, payment providers, platforms or partners if the breach may involve fraud or other illegal activity.

Where reasonable, we will inform you of which measures we have taken and why.

8. Reporting abuse

If you experience behaviour on Neo Shop that you believe is in breach of this User Conduct section or our terms (for example suspicious activity or offensive content), please contact us at:
