Cancellation policy for purchase options

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing via Neo Shop, unless otherwise clearly stated for the specific purchase option (e.g. special order items).

How to cancel

You can cancel your purchase by sending an email to sales@neomesteren.dk before the withdrawal period expires, stating your name and order number.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

Returns and costs

You are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping and for any damage that may occur during transport. We recommend that the item is returned in its original packaging or in equivalent, secure packaging.

Condition of the item upon return

To receive a full refund, the item must be in essentially the same condition as when you received it:

• New equipment must be unused and in undamaged original packaging.
• If the item has lost value because it has been used more than necessary to determine its nature, properties and function, we may make a deduction from the refund corresponding to the loss in value.
• Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount, with any deduction for loss of value, to the same means of payment you used for the purchase.
The original delivery costs are not refunded as a general rule.
