The new TV is attached to a VESA plate and fits the Beovision 7.55 stand
The original TV from Bang & Olufsen was made completely in balance, but modern TVs are not. They often have the electronics at the bottom and thus weigh the most at the bottom of the TV.
This results in your TV tilting or tilting, so that the TV gets a non-vertical position on the VESA bracket - see pictures.
