Delivery Policy
Payment
All payments on Neo Shop are processed securely via Shopify Payments.
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay
- Digital wallets & local payment methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Klarna
Your payment will be captured when the order is completed in Neo Shop.
Order Processing
Orders are normally prepared the same day if we receive them before 15:00 (CET).
Orders received after 15:00 or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Methods
We typically ship with GLS, UPS or FedEx (and in some cases local delivery partners, depending on the destination).
Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on the destination country:
- Denmark: normally 2–3 working days
- Europe (EU countries): normally 5–7 working days
- UK, USA and countries outside the EU: delivery time is longer, as customs clearance can take additional time compared to shipments within the EU
- Please note that the above times are indicative and not guaranteed.
Shipment Tracking & Updates
When your order has been shipped, Neo Shop will send you a shipping confirmation including a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment and monitor the expected delivery.
Neo Shop also sends regular status updates about the shipment, so you are always informed about where your parcel is in the delivery process.
Delays & Proactive Follow-Up
Neomesteren uses an internal monitoring system that alerts us if a shipment is delayed or if transit time becomes unusually long.
If we see signs of delay, we will take active steps together with the carrier to investigate the issue and help ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will first receive a preliminary order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel an order until you have received the final invoice for the purchase.
