Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with Neomesteren.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered multiple items in one order and they are delivered separately, the deadline runs from the day you receive the item or when it is ready for collection.
This means you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to sales@neomesteren.dk or provide other written notice.
You cannot cancel the purchase by simply refusing to receive the item without also notifying us.
Returns
Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have a maximum of 14 days to return the item to us.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

Condition of the Item Upon Return
If the item has lost value due to use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, you may only receive a partial refund. The refund amount depends on the commercial value of the item.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
The item must be returned in the same condition, quantity, and completeness as when received.
If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a reduction in the item's value.
We only accept parcels sent directly to our business address. We do not accept returns that require collection from a parcel shop.
Refund
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.
Right to Complain (Warranty)
When you shop with us as a consumer, the provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply.
This means you have a 24-month warranty on new products. For used equipment, the warranty period is 3 months.
If your complaint is justified, you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
You must submit your complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months after discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Please remember to obtain a shipping receipt so we can refund your shipping costs.
