The original TV from Bang & Olufsen was perfectly balanced, but modern TVs are not. They often have the electronics at the bottom and therefore weigh more at the bottom of the TV.
This causes your TV to tip or tilt, so the TV is not in an upright position on the VESA mount - see pictures.
